Bladder pain

Anyone have crazy bladder spasm/pinching but your kidney stone isn’t in the bladder yet? (It’s also possible I’ve been passing pieces)

So basically I know I’ve had a kidney stone on my left side for some time now (feeling pain since November) but the pain has been mostly gone since end of December. Then it came back in February and I had severe hydronephrosis along with it, but they didn’t see a stone on the ultra sound. After that ER trip allll the pain stopped. I didn’t feel the hydronephrosis anymore. I thought maybe I passed it. My urologist said to get a new scan in a couple weeks to see if the hydro got better. (I was supposed to do that a couple weeks ago oops)

About 2 weeks ago I was walking through target and I got that feeling that feels like a kidney stone plopping into your bladder, I went to the bathroom, peed and stood up and before I could really examine, the toilet automatically flushed 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I did see something dark at the bottom so I figured I passed a stone. This was like 2 days after taking 2 doses of CP.

But since Monday night I’ve felt crazy bladder symptoms. Pinching, pressure, spasms. Got prescribed antibiotics for possible UTI but that did nothing so I came to the ER today (almost a week since the bladder symptoms) and got a CT scan that shows 2-3 stones in my mid ureter measuring up to 3mm. I’ve passed an 8mm one before but the doctor said to follow up with urology and the urologist will probably tell me I’ll need a stent (I’ll do annnnything to not have surgery)

I feel like the bladder symptoms are proof that the stone is moving. I really don’t want surgery. Any suggestions?? I’m gonna continue taking the CP and hope that helps. I’ve been chugging lemon water too.
