Yikes, that combo is hella tough. The scope trauma plus having both tubes in there is a lot of inflammation at once. The stent typically stays 1-2 weeks depending on your surgeon, but the burning usually peaks around day 3-5 and gradually gets better. Drink a ton of water and watch for fever or inability to pee (which would mean you need to call your surgeon immediately if that's the case). Four stones in a year though tells me something bigger is going on -- whether it's diet, hydration, ...
