5mm stuck in my UVJ

- Patient journey
Went to the ER last weekend because the pain was unbearable and they found a 5mm stone sitting in my right UVJ; hydronephrosis too. Saw the urologist this past week, got put on Flomax 2x daily and told to drink water. Nothing terrible pain-wise since the ER trip, but today I've got pain around my hip/groin and keep needing to pee. Does that mean it's basically at the bladder? My urologist told me there's zero chance this thing moves down to my bladder on its own.

The fact that it’s sitting in the uvj probably means it’s pretty much at the bladder.
Back in February I had a 4-5 mm stuck at my left UVJ joint with hydronephrosis. Figured it had passed, then the pain came back so I went in this past Friday for a CT scan. Still sitting there, same size, except now it’s not blocking anything and the kidney isn’t swollen anymore. I do t know what to do. I don’t want surgery, but after 3.5 months I feel like it’s just not gonna pass!
I might actually try one of those vibration plates! This is so frustrating!
