I have a pee and all of a sudden: wicked heartburn (some of the worst I've ever had), lightheadedness, feeling of doom/being deeply unwell, shivering/shaking, fatigue/malaise, nausea, twinges of abdominal pain that jump all around, burning ribs and upper abdomen.

this has happened twice now and sent me to the ER both times, only for it to fade while I'm there. I've been cleared for infection multiple times, including with urine culture.

would love to know I'm not alone, although I wish this on absolutely nobody!

(also had two confirmed stones, I think one was 2mm and the other 4mm, one on each side...but I may have developed more since my last scan)

Between my 1st stone, and what I suspect is my 2nd stone, I had most of those symptoms. Oddly, with the 1st stone, I didn't have tremendous pain, just moderate... bur this new one, which has not been confirmed, I did have tremendous pain for a few hours, then that faded, but stomach symptoms come and go. 1st one I had those weird whole body chills, too.

the shakes were what made me most concerned, but they faded in a couple hours both times. bodies are definitely interconnected but damn

You aren't alone, I've had hella heartburn the past couple months with my stone. My PCP said it's actually pretty common with kidney stones and especially in the lower ureter. Last night I had a like 9 hour long pain flare up where my whole torso was throbbing and I basically spent the whole time alternating between a hot bath and barfing. I'm having a uteroacopy with laser litho tomorrow to finally get it out. Anxious and nervous as hell, but also so ready to be done with this.
