Urologist here. These tiny floating particles you are seeing are almost certainly stone debris, and this is a good sign after ESWL. When ESWL works well, it does not always produce one large recognisable fragment. Hi mr. Urologist! Can you make a little time for my story? I will elaborate!  2 months ago with a very bad pain in ER! The CT scan result: 5-6 mm stone with 554 HU density in my distal ureter at 13 mm from the UVJ(i think this means near the bladder) After externation(the same day) they gave me alpha blocker(Tamsulosin) and some painkillers! 12 day on Tamsulosin!
