Could use some guidance please!

Yesterday I was walking out to my car when the worst pain of my entire life shot from my abdomen straight through to my back. I never even made it to the parking lot before I blacked out and ended up on a ride to the hospital. The nausea is still hanging around after hours of that gut-wrenching pain.

They loaded me up with Toradol and ran some labs plus a CT. There was blood in my urine, and every one of my labs lit up. The CT didn’t show them a stone though, even though they were sure that’s exactly what it was, so they sent me on my way home. I’m still peeing blood, but I’ve got very little pain and nothing has passed. What’s my next move here? They told me a urologist wasn’t really necessary.
