When do I decide to get the removal 😭

So I’m the inn keeper for long term tenant. I’ve been getting kidney stones since 14 or 15 but usually just pass a lot of sand. Only 3 times have then sent me to the hospital. Last time I was 7 months pregnant with my now almost 14 year old. When he was 3 I had a scan and found out I had a small kidney stone in my right kidney, a year later I had pain and went in and they told me they didn’t see the kidney stone. It was like 2-3 mm so I know I would have felt it pass but decided to be living on a dream and believe it magically passed unknown. Flash forward to last May. Surprise surprise. It’s still there. And a year ago it was 6mm maybe 6 months ago it spent a couple months tumbling around, occasionally blocking the entrance to my ureter and then getting push out of the way. I am not in anyway shape or form looking forward to someone piloting a tiny laser through my urinary tract and being a level of asteroid for a urologist. Also there is no way I will take Ciprofloxacin it ruined my grandmas life and I already have tons of antibiotic allergies.

I see people here passing 8-9 mm stones. How are you doing that? Should I accept the fact that since it’s tried vacate the premises and couldn’t fit through the door as fact that it’s definitely not coming out on its own? And honestly like what the heck? I’ve had this stone more than 1/4 of my life and I think it’s so rude instead a many small stones this one is just rolling around collecting everything.

I don’t know what to do.
