I have MSK and pass stones regularly. My last scan showed 10 stones ranging from 2-4mm in my left kidney and 8 1-3mm stones in the right. The stone is 3ish mm.
I’ve had some on and off pain on my left side for the last few days. Nothing crazy. I was chatting with my husband and it hit me all of the sudden. He thought I was having a stroke. I had like 3 huge contractions and then it was over. I didn’t have “birthing a baby” on my bingo card tonight. I’ve never had it happen so fast. Usually I have several days to weeks of increasing pain before the intense pain hits.

That's great it came out . It sure look like a huge nugget. For that size they should have suggested you did a lithotripsy ( sound wave blasting treatment) Keep drinking lots of water everyday, so they don't develop again. Thanks! Since I have MSK, unfortunately I will always be dealing with stones. I drink a lot of water so it keeps them usually on the smaller side so I can pass them without issue. I’ve only have one get stuck and had to be removed. I’ve done the 24hr urinalysis and I’ll take this one in for testing as well.
I just got a 7mm stone in my right kidney any tips on passing this on naturally ????
