7mm kidney stone from last 2 yrs

So I have pain in my groin area nowadays my stone was 8mm at first but it became 7mm in the June ig as I have been taking some traditional medicines from the doctor . I can't afford surgery and all and it's just above my main part i think stuck and because of it sometimes it hurts in the main part and i have stopped taking medicine these days so it hurted bit in groin and kidney side area . So now can you suggest me tips to move it like more acv , I am not a active person so waking or working out or any medicines . I will be helpful to me bcoz I don't think I can handle it more . So any tips just to get it to moving đ

Stone Fighter #0430C8Apr 21, 2026I have a 6 mm stone blocked at very close to the entrance of the bladder for 2 months already! Did an ultrasound yesterday and is still there! The urologist say to take alpha blockers and some ibuprofen like for the inflammation! There's an inflammation around the stone! Maybe i will be able to piss that darn thing out soon!
