Pain....gone?

Google didn't help me that much here. I got diagnosed with a 3mm stone this AM when sudden onset flank pain just ruined me at 6AM. Pain was devastating, at one point cutting straight through the morphine. Then, it stopped. I haven't peed it out, nor do I have urgency to pee (other than all the water I'm drinking). Ive walked 2 miles, did yoga, jumping jacks. Nothin. Zero pain or discomfort whatsoever. Is it hanging out in my bladder? Or could it still be lodged in my ureter, biding its time?

Stone Fighter #CE87F0Apr 8, 2026Did you get any scans to find out where the kidney stone was? It could be lodged in the ureter. I had a kidney stone stuck right before the bladder for about two or three months before I was able to get a ureteroscopy. The only pain I experienced was the first 2 or 3 days. I also just passed one that had moved into that same spot 2 months ago. It could be in the bladder, but it would be more likely that you would feel the urgency when it’s there.
Stone Fighter #761060Apr 8, 2026They had it in the upper-middle part of my ureter at the time of the scan, which was hurting like hell. The ultra-intense pain was about 10 minutes later, and went down to basically zero within 30 minutes. I'm grateful, nervous, and confused. I'm supposed to go hiking next week...lol. 3mm if it matters.
