Hey guys
I ended up in hospital yesterday due to severe pain (worst I've ever had in my life), and got diagnosed with a kidney stone. It's half a cm, given anti inflammatory medication and another medication to help it pass.
On medications I don't feel too much pain for most of today but definitely feel crook and discomfort on top of needing to go to the toilet every 20 minutes or less.
No one I know has ever had kidney stones so I was hoping a female here could help describe how the passing will be like, I feel like my kidney stone may be in or near my bladder compared to yesterday as I'm feeling discomfort more middle than side now or I think at least.
I'm kinda scared of the actual passing (pain) and how long it'll take in the moment and days etc. I was told it should pass within the week.
My body doesn't seem to be digesting any of the food I'm able to get into me and was wondering if that is common too...
