It's been 2 weeks since I passed my stone, was roughly 4 maybe 5mm. The pain has eased a lot but I am still not feeling 100%. I am still getting lower back pain, irritated/burning urethra (more in the evening which is odd) and almost feels like my ovary hurts, that area at least when I wee. Sex is painful still too, especially in my bladder/ovary area.

I have a scan on Saturday which I am hoping will tell me more but is this normal for healing? or do I have another stone?

Can’t talk about other symptoms but my urethra was irritated for many weeks after passing my stones. It does sound like you might have a UTI though. Might be worth having your urine checked, the scan won’t tell you much in that regard. Feel better soon!

No UTI luckily. Had many tests to confirm that. Hoping its just irritated urethra, it is much better since the stone came out but yeah still not 100%
