Is this kidney pain?

32F, I had a kidney stone at 19. I remember it vividly because it was the worst pain I've ever been in. For the past two days my right kidney has been super tender to the touch. The pain is manageable with OTC painkillers. I'm just debating whether to go to urgent care, because what are they even going to do for me? Just tell me what's wrong and hand me painkillers? I don't want to go to the ER because I have the worst American healthcare ever.... UHC.
Any advice?
