me operaron una de 7mm y ahora me está bajando una de 8mm y el dolor ha sido horrible. estoy asustada. estas son algunas de las que he podido coger.

That's great they came out . Keep drinking lots of water everyday, so they don't develop again. Avoid salty food, soya, soda, reduce your coffee intake too. They say once you get it once, they keep repeating every 2 yrs or so. Take them to your doctor to refer you to a kidney stone analysis lab to have a look at it and analyze the stone and they can tell you what food caused it, so you could start reducing that as well.
