I feel like a dog right now—I can sense the pain about to hit, and I’m not ready for it at all. I tore a ligament in my ankle, so I can barely move. I’m in a cast, so getting to the hospital comfortably isn’t really an option. Just hoping it doesn’t last long

You should get that foot looked at—it's not always a ligament tear. People with kidney stones often get something called gout, and flares pop up out of nowhere. Happens to me too.

Well, if you're talking about a kidney stone, try drinking 2 tablespoons to a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with juice and water. It starts flushing out your kidneys and breaking down stones within an hour or two. When you pee about an hour after drinking it, you'll notice you're putting out a lot more urine. Drink plenty more fluids, and next time you go, push it out fast—you might flush some out with barely any pain.
