High Calcium & High Vitamin D 1,25—what does it mean?

Has anyone else dealt with this combination, and if so, what did your doctor say about it? I’ve had 3 separate 24-hour urine tests and multiple blood draws/labs. My Vitamin D 1,25 and calcium keep climbing. (They’re about 4x what they should be.) (NOTE— I’ve never taken Vitamin D supplements). My doctor tested for parathyroid issues—it’s fine. I’m struggling to understand what this means—it’s all Greek to me, but I just want some definite answers, in plain English.

How high are your serum (blood) calcium, urine calcium, and Vitamin D 1,25 levels? Please include the normal ranges too. I'm not a doctor, but I've had high serum (blood) calcium—diagnosed as hypercalcemia—and high Vitamin D 1,25. I actually ended up hospitalized for the hypercalcemia, which is a serious condition.
