Is this back pain from a stone?

I've been dealing with back pain for weeks now. The weird thing is it gets worse right after I pee — that seems to set it off. It's across my entire lower back. Could this be a kidney stone? Is it normal for the pain to get worse after peeing?

Had an ultrasound and it came back clear. Also did an X-ray, just waiting on those results. They put me on antibiotics at first thinking it was a UTI, but that hasn't touched this pain.

Same thing happened to me but I've also had a lot of burning when I pee. Passed a 5mm stone last Monday but the symptoms are still hanging around so I'm waiting on my CT scan to see if there's more.

I get that too. When I pee and seem to fully empty my bladder, the pain actually gets worse for a bit afterward. I always go straight for a glass of water right after peeing.

Just came back from the ER and found out I do have a kidney stone — the pain went from my lower abdomen all the way to my back. So yeah, they can definitely cause back pain.
