My new 3mm stone

Started getting flank pain, went in for a diagnosis, and they confirmed a 3mm stone. I had a 4mm one in the past. Back then I barely drank any liquids, and it took me years and a trip to the ER. I drink a ton of water now, so it shouldn't take years this time—it should move within a few months, right?
