Just passed this little guy. He isn’t very jagged, and the color isn’t like anything I’ve seen before. Has anyone else come across this type?

Just last week I passed a 4mm stone that looked exactly like this one. I never got to keep it either, because the toilet flushed on its own. 🙄
Uric acid stones are usually smoother
Yep. This is a COM (calcium oxalate monohydrate) type of stone. It might have other stuff inside that you wouldn't know about without lab analysis, but that brown outer layer is definitely calcium oxalate.
