Starting to feel the familiar back pain…

In the last few hours, I’m starting to feel the back right flank pain. It’s usually limited to the left but this is coming on strong AF.

Last time it was this bad, I had to take FMLA for multiple surgeries. May is the busiest work month of the year, my work partner is having surgery next week, and my daughter is having surgery in a week.

I know there’s never a good time for a kidney stone but dammit, NOT NOW!!

Just so frustrated!

I’m so sorry. I sure hope that this is a one and done for you. I’ve struggled with this crap for almost 20 years and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

I am 31F and don't really do well with pain/sickness. I have been totally consumed by this stupid kidney stone since Wednesday. It really is so frustrating! Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

There’s never a good time, but there are definitely worse times than others. I’m really sorry. Try to get in touch with your doctor asap. I truly hope it’s small enough to pass on its own and quickly.
