I am struggling. I am supposed to be going on vacation Wednesday and I am dreading feeling god awful the entire time... I know I have kidney stones.. I have msk so its inevitable they come out. most of the time its not a terrible process uncomfortable for sure, sometimes awful.

this time, awful.. started friday. I had very sharp abdominal pain.(thats a first for me to happen with a stone) I thought it was gas and then I got the tell tale bladder spasms. the longest I've stayed in this state is 5 days or so. I hope I can pass it soon so I can enjoy my trip. im going to call my doc tomorrow to see if they can give me anything to help.

in the mean time, any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated to get this stone out of here!

This is the exact situation I am in! I've never had abdominal pain before, so I thought it must be cramps or something. But now I can feel it. I've been doing Flomax and hot baths. Any luck for you?

Im feeling a bit better, but i dont have flowmax on hand, so im going to call my doc and see if they can call something in. Im already taking meds to calm down my active bladder but that doesn't seem to do anything. I hope you find relief soon!

Well my doctor didnt get back to me in time for me to get meds before leaving. So I went on my plane and passed my stone at 34000ft. It was miserable but its done and I can now enjoy the rest of my trip!
