New to the club. Is this a normal progression?

About a month and a half ago I noticed blood in my urine. I had a few little episodes prior to that where I noticed a sharp pain under my rib cage on my left side. I assumed it was constipation or gas. Once I noticed the blood I made an appointment with the doctor. Urine test result indicated blood, white blood cells and protein present. Put on antibiotics for suspected UTI ( although I didn’t have any common symptoms of UTI) during this time, I noticed an aching feeling mostly in my lower left abdomen. I was sent for an ultrasound, doctor said there was nothing of concern.
Fast forward 3 weeks, I started getting this stabbing pain in the lower left abdomen, it was brief but, dang it hurt. Still a constant 3/10 constant pain in the area but manageable.
2 weeks ago while at work I got that stabbing pain but this time it was not brief, it took my breath away and I thought for sure something had ruptured. I went to the ER in tears. They administered toradol which did nothing. Then hydromorphone, which I could still feel the pain but just didn’t care. Did a CT scan with contrast, and a transvaginal ultrasound. Doctor at this time said he didn’t see anything that should be causing that pain. There were a few stones but not in a place that would be causing pain. Said there was a cyst on my ovary but a common one. He said he thought it was bladder spasms causing the pain. Send me away with hydromorphone and an urgent referral to urologist.
I requested the radiologist report and received it a few days later and the report indicated :
ABDOMEN IMPRESSION:
Bilateral nonobstructing pelvocaliceal 9.2mm stone. Associated
mild enhancement of the left renal pelvis urothelium
suggestive of left renal pelvis septic stone.
There is a corpus luteum cyst on the left side.
Since then (2 weeks ago) pain has escalated, the last 5 days I will have a constant pain mostly in lower left abdomen/flank/groin. The constant pain is usually a 5/10 it’s painful but I’ve managed to function. However, usually later in the day the pain comes at a 9/10 and stays for hours. Hydromorphone doesn’t help. I just lay still with a heating pad. It eventually subsides, I go to sleep and wake up and repeat the pattern.
I apologize for the lengthy post. I just seem to be getting nowhere, this is my first stone, I’m not sure if this is a normal sequences of events or not. If it is, everyone in here deserves a medal for enduring this pain and functioning normally.

Good luck for a swift end for this. I hurt for you. I have only the super large types of stones that can never pass so I can only empathize.
Thank you 🫶🏻
