Just got back my 24-hour urine test results. Looks like I might be dealing with struvite stones?? If I’m reading these numbers correctly anyway. Has anyone here dealt with these before? Curious what the treatment plan looked like for you and how you managed them.

Struvite stones are infection-related — they need to be fully removed and you'll usually need a round of antibiotics too. Hope that helps. Best of luck, I've personally dealt with thousands of stones and had over 150 procedures because of them.
