Heat helped me a lot. I had a 5mm and 3mm stone. Hot showers, hot baths, heating pad were my bffs. Do a lot of jumping if you're physically able. I read that the pain is not only from the sharp stone but also because urine is getting stopped up behind it and stretching the ureter. Drink extra and lots of water. You got this!

I use a heating pad a lot! It doesn’t take the pain away, but it helps tremendously! No matter the size stones are painful. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. Hope heat and hydration help.

Heat helped me a lot. And mine finally moved along with a massage gun. Get one ASAP. Also get a wearable wrap heating pad.
