3mm stone possibly stuck in bladder?

Me 31F back on the 3rd of this month I went to the ER for a kidney stone (my 8th one. Had them since I was 16). Its a 3mm stone and as of last week its dropped down into my bladder BUT WILL NOT PASS. I feel like I have to pee every 5 min. My bladder hurts and I get waves of pain from my bladder to my urethra. Ive been drinking water. Im going to the urgent care after work to make sure its not a bladder infection. Is there anything I can do to make this pass faster? Ive never had a stone take this long to pass. (I cannot take flowmax as I developed a allergy)

A 3mm stone in the bladder is actually in the final stretch, but I understand how maddening this stage feels.
