Update to kidney stones are ruining my life

So, I posted about a kidney stone I've been dealing with since Thanksgiving, and how i had lithotripsy a week ago but still having pain so debilitating that I can't do anything. I wound up in the er two days ago. Urine results were abnormal, indicating infection and ct confirmed stone is still there. I reach out to the urologist, only to be told that the stone fragmented some but is under tissue and can't possibly be causing my pain and that they can't do anything or remove it. Oh and she also said there's no infection and everything is normal. Right. Blood in my urine and barely passing urine and even er doctor saw infection but it's all normal. I guess I'm gonna have to find yet another urologist. Is this even true? That a stone under tissue can't be dealt with?
