Its pretty big, but you may be able to pass it. It will hirt so bad you want to die but should be possible. I would recommend at least some pain killers. Opiates if you can, but if your work or religion forbids it, regular asprin or panadol might take the edge off.

Little difficult to pass such a big stone and its going to hurt you badly that you wished it would have never passed. My advice be mentally prepared and take hot baths and heating pads along with meds. Best of luck
