People don’t seem to understand that stone passage depends on multiple factors. These include size of the stone, shape of the stone, anatomy of the patient, and luck. Jumping up and down, skipping rope, massage guns are all distractions but not scientificly proven to help. Remember the old saying, “Even a broken clock is right two times per day.” All those activities can be done while waiting for a stone to pass but it doesn’t mean they helped the process.

I would say they are not scientifically proven because they are almost impossible to scientifically test and prove in a reasonable and cost effective way..... So nobody has tried. Anecdotal evidence (as doctors call it) is often just science that hasn't been tested yet and shouldn't be ignored. I know for me... Who gets 1-2 kidney stones every year for 41 years, these methods are reliable and work very well, and it's not chance. Especially the light punches. They work great. Just passing...

So how do you know that your anatomy may be the key to your success?
