Has anybody else dealt with varying urinalysis strip test results?

I have been worried about infection due to having some flank pain and strong-smelling urine for the past couple of weeks.

I have been going back and forth about calling urology because I’ll have a few days where the test strips are showing clear signs, and my urine will smell super strong, but then others where things will look better.

Although I’ve had general symptoms ever since getting off antibiotics in January, it’s been the last couple of weeks where I have been dealing with this swing between semi-good readings and not-so-good readings.

Some definitely are more sensitive and accurate than others. I would recommend Siemens test strips. If needs be a sample could be sent off by your primary health care provider? Smell isn’t always the best of pointers of infection or abnormalities
