Patient journey

I have just been in the ER/A&E for the past 5 hours with left flank pain and burning down below. I was so unwell last night that I couldn't even get out of the bath. Peeing blood while I wee.

They done a urine test. Showed blood. Done a ct scan .. Showed 3 kidney stones. 2 in my left flank (the one that hurts the most) and 1 in my right flank (that's been hurting a bit) they small so 1mm or 2mm.

They've basically told me there's no way the pain I'm getting in my flank is from the kidneys in my kidney as they aren't obstructing anything.

I also have gastro issues a little.

Headache

Chills

Fatigue

Dizziness

So I'm quite unwell. The pain in flank is sore right now.

I don't know what to think!!!

Thank you so much They done a full blood test. They checked inflammatory bloods aswell. Kidney function was good he mentioned bloods were back to show no infection. They only done a urine sample which only showed nothing. I've come home and still in pain and worried about the burning wee and bleeding also aswell as flank pain. :( x
