Sorry 1 more question. What to eat or not to eat for Calcium phosphate stones? I see no animal proteins mentioned, but I am still very confused.

Oftentimes, these stones are related to chronic infection or RTA and can be more difficult to manage. Getting a good metabolic evaluation with a nephrologist interested in kidney stones can be very helpful.
