If I passed it, how long will I feel like crap?

So I think I passed my stone but I still feel like crap.
First timer here, but not my first stone. It’s been a while since I had one and I’ve never seen it if it passed. Last week I was in the ER with a 2mm stone right before the bladder. I’ve had low grade fevers since but never over the 100.4 threshold, so assume it’s inflammation.
I’ve been straining my pee to catch it, and I think I got it but I dk? I still feel achey and have had to pee a LOT since then.
Has anyone else experienced this after effect? Or should I assume it’s not out and keep trying to catch it?

Stone Fighter #8B892CApr 7, 2026So I passed a 5mm three days ago and still get occasional flank soreness. I’m also experiencing quite a bit of fatigue. The body goes through a lot trying to get these things out. The only thing you should watch out for is the fever. Sometimes it can be a sign of an infection. Which can happen after passing a stone. I’d reach out to your urologist and have them do a urine test to make sure there’s no uti, maybe give you a round of antibiotics. That’s only if there is need.
