Some questions about my kidney stones

Because of a disease I have, my body has trouble absorbing things properly, and that's why I keep getting a lot of kidney stones. I've had 3 kidney stone surgeries in the past year alone. My last CT scan about 3 months ago showed multiple stones up to 7mm, but my stones grow really fast, so they're probably bigger by now. I passed 2 of them without any problems, but starting yesterday I've had a sharp pain in my back on the left side that gets worse when I bend down or twist. It feels like a stone is stuck and trying to leave my kidney, or it's right at the very start of the ureter. On top of that, I'm having an extremely hard time peeing. None of the other stones I've passed ever gave me this much back pain or this many urination problems—it takes forever to get started, and once I do, it stops and starts. It takes me minutes to finish, and it feels like my bladder isn't emptying all the way. Has anyone else had these kinds of issues with a kidney stone? I tried calling the urologist who did my last 3 surgeries, but he hasn't answered yet and now it's the weekend. Should I go to the ER, and if I do, what can they even do there? If it's completely blocking the kidney, do they do surgery at the ER if it's bad, or would I have to wait for my urologist to get back to me? None of my other many kidney stones have hurt nearly this much or caused this many problems. I'm just not sure if I should go to the ER because I don't know what they can do for me there.
