Soooo, in February 19(two months ago) i was in the Emergency bcs of some very intense pain with vomiting (without fever) but huuuuge pain! They stabilized me, discovered a 5-6 mm stone(CT scan) at 13 mm from the UreteroVesicalJunction(i think this is right to the bladder). They sending me home with Tamsulosin(Fokusin in my european country) and the advice of drinking 2-3 liters of water and some painkillers! Well, from that day until a few days ago(lile 10 days), no pain at all! 45 days without any pain! And 10 days ago, pain again! Ultrasound and the stone is still there(maybe 1 mm - 2 mm moved down). Can a stone at this size: 5-6 mm, gives you rarely episodes of pain or no pain at all? How's that possible? 60 days with the stone in the UVJ and just 2 episodes of pain! Many here talking about days/weeks of intermittent pain! What's the thing? My stone let the urine flow and not affecting the kidney or what? I had hydronephrosis grad 1(they say, urologists in my area) the gr 1 will not cause kidney failure overtime! They say gr 2-3 will damage the kidney! It is true or the urologists are not so professionals? I hope they are right!

Me as well! I was talking with the urologist and he said the shockwaves procedure is fine for me! But that procedure costs and i am on a very bad period on my life and i barely have money for food! My 6 mm stone have 560 HU(hounsefield units) density so he said the stone will be transformed into very small pieces and the small pieces will fall into the bladder! I am skin to medium size, not a belly full of fat so the shockwaves will going through my belly to hit the stone! I meed all the requ...
