Could kidney stones cause vaginal bleeding?

I've been getting a tired feeling in my back when my bladder fills up. I went to a urologist and they couldn't say what's causing it without an ultrasound. Now while I'm waiting, I've had vaginal bleeding like a period—except it shouldn't be happening since I'm in menopause. Is this related to kidney stones? All I find when I google it is blood in urine, not vaginal bleeding.

Stone Fighter #E224F2May 10, 2026See your gynecologist. Post-menopausal bleeding is not something to wait on or mess around with. Like the other poster said, kidney stones don’t cause vaginal bleeding, but they can cause blood in your urine.
