am i doomed (vegan)

okay ive posted here a billion times and im back. i had a ureteroscopy on march 9th removing 6 stones. calcium oxalate. earlier this month of april, i had a mental breakdown about animals and decided to go vegan lol.
so basically im now eating tons of the foods i shouldn’t. tofu, other soy, beans of all kinds, some spinach. i still avoid nuts for the most part. its also hard to pair these high oxalate foods with calcium since calcium is pretty difficult to find in vegan foods.
i refuse to not be vegan anymore (so plz dont suggest that) im just wondering like how doomed am i. im doing a 24 hr urine collection thing tomorrow so thats good. the good thing is im eating super healthy. i ate a LOT of junkfood before this (like ice cream, chips, and baked goods) and barely drank water. which is likely why i got the stones. but arent calcium oxalate stones solely due to oxalates and lack of water? so even if i drink a ton of water and dont eat junk, ill still get stones no matter what if im loading up on beans and tofu 24/7.
im 21 and dont really want to be stuck with stones ruining my life through my whole youth. this is so difficult.
EDIT: the tofu i eat has 60mg of calcium in it (not much) but still something??

I am not a dr but have had stones for half my life so far. You can try and see about calcium supplements/pills. The high oxalates food will definitely cause stoned to form faster and be more frequent. And girl DRINK WATER. You can also take a shot of lemon juice a few times a week or once a day that will help dizzolve forming stones (wont make them go away but will slow their growth). The above is what my Dr recommends for me.
You need to go on a low oxalate diet. It’s definitely difficult to keep your daily oxalate intake in check if you’re vegan but probably not impossible
See if you have ripple pea milk in your area. I think it has more calcium and protein than cow milk. You can drink some when you eat oxalates and the calcium binds with it. I'm still laying off almonds and spinach consumption, even with the pea milk. I think it tastes a lot like cow milk but the texture is a little chalky. I didn't like it at first but now I don't even notice the texture.
