could this be a stone again?

My GP says he doesn't think so.

\- my Lower GI motility has totally shut down for a month \- my upper GI heartburn has really picked up far more than normal including burping etc. \- 1+ month now \- 15 WBC in urine, PH 8.5 (was 8.0 in FEB). periodic cloudy urine. \- transient pains all over abdomen, but definite focus on the lower right side in front. \- known stone in the lower right side.

LAST time I passed my first stone:

\- 1 year ago \- I had constipation/system shut down \- non-specific symptoms \- WBC of 15 \- lasted a couple of months until the renal colic showing up and made it clear.

I'm posting this as my GP doesn't think stone, and told me all my tests were fine, but then I looked up my tests and yes mild WBC in urine and the PH is rising = usually infection or stone.

Yeah, if I were in your shoes I’d be side‑eyeing this too. You’ve basically got the same pattern as last time: GI slowdown, vague abdominal pain, WBC in urine, known stone on that side. A pH of 8.5 is pretty alkaline and that can go with certain types of stones or infection. “Mild” WBC doesn’t mean “ignore,” it just means it’s not a raging UTI yet. GPs can sometimes lean on “tests are fine” a bit too hard when nothing is screamingly abnormal. That doesn’t mean nothing’s going on, just that ...

Get checked for hyperPARAthyroid. Simple blood test. High range calcium ( does not need to be out of normal range which is why drs miss it) Low vit D High Pth ( parathyroid hormone) Causes all the symptoms you list. Including kidney stones And many more. Suggest you Google to see if any others sound familiar.
