I’m in late 20s, about two days ago I was having unexpected pain in my right side stomach. At first I thought it’s gas or something but I just couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t even sit on the sofa. I felt so anxious and started to panic. And I just started vomiting like crazy then I just went to the emergency. They did some blood work , urine test and ct scans. From the ct scans they were able to find out kidney stone 4mm. And they just gave me like pain reliever, nausea vomiting medicine and flomax. I was advised to reduce fatty food and salty foods.
But I just don’t know what to eat. I noticed like I get this feeling of someone punching me hard on right side and i got like a bruise feeling. It’s so painful to walk and even go to the bathroom. And sometimes just moving around starts giving this unbearable pain. I’m like scared to even exercise. When I came home from the emergency, I just felt so full that didn’t feel like eating anything. I was just nervous about throwing up.

Have you seen an urologist? I'm assuming all the tests and stuff was from the ER. If it's bothering you like that nonstop you need to call or get a new urologist. Don't play around with this, these can go from bad to worse in heartbeat. Call urologist office and tell them exactly what's going on. I just passed two so I know what you are going through. Urologist can treat it. I just had lithotripsy yesterday on the second stone so I don't have to go through this ordeal back to back.
