Barely able to pee—should I hit the ER now? Medium-sized stone

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with a medium-sized stone on Thursday morning after being in excruciating pain for weeks and throwing up non-stop, which made me lose 9kg in 2-3 weeks.
They sent me home with Tamsulosin, strong painkillers, and antibiotics for a suspected UTI.
I woke up Saturday with pretty much 2/10 pain, when at its worst it was 11/10. I think the stone might have moved into my bladder now?
It's 3am Sunday and I'm not really weeing very much. Maybe 2-3 tbsp every 30 mins? Stinging in my penis and testicles, and tingling in my groin.
Is the stone about to pass on its own, or should I go to the ER? They didn't really give me much info when I was diagnosed—they just said I'd probably need an operation and would follow up in a few days, but I haven't heard back yet.

Stone Fighter #267B42May 10, 2026Could be a couple of things. The constant need to pee, the pain when you pee, and the small amounts could mean the stone is in your bladder and working its way out. The other possibility is a UTI. You should go to the doctor and get a urine test to confirm it's not a UTI. If it is the stone in your bladder, start chugging water. Like CHUG, and throw in an electrolyte drink too. Also take something called AZO—it helps with the symptoms but won't cure a UTI. It'll turn your pee deep orange, so ...
Stone Fighter #761060May 10, 2026I'm honestly not in any real pain in my abdomen at all today! I slept for like 17 hours and woke up feeling a LOT better. When it was bad, it felt like someone was stabbing me in the abdomen non-stop and then stomping on the wound—I was rolling around on the floor in tears. The pain is probably like 2/10 now? I didn't even need painkillers today, even after eating.
