Kidney stones and UTI

About a week and half ago I was told I have a 3mm and 5mm in my uretera, about 1cm from passing into my bladder, along with a UTI that I can’t get rid of. I’ve taken 4 courses of antibiotics and still having symptoms. Also, I’ve been taking flomax with no success. I’m so tired of feeling like this, it’s been over a month :( I’m so scared to get a stent or have surgery. Should I keep waiting for them to come out?
