Head back to work?

I'm a barista at a packed, short staffed Starbucks. I'm on my feet for the entire 5-8 hour shift apart from a 10 minute break and possibly a 30 minute lunch. I honestly only work 20 hours a week, Friday-Sunday.
I called out of work last Friday-Sunday for my lithotripsy and stent insertion. That’s 3 days. I went ahead and filed for a LOA since my removal isn’t until Monday June 1, which means I’ll be missing three more shifts.
my discharge paperwork says to go back to normal activities once I’m off of narcotics (I am). But that post from the urologist the other day says to rest as much as you can. And the blood I’m peeing after being on my feet for a couple hours looking after my family while my husband travels tells me rest is definitely needed.
Do you think they’ll sign off on the LOA? Do you think putting in 20 hours on stent days 7,8,9 is smart or dumb?
I’m in the US for context.

Hoy you only get one ‘health’ bar in this videogame called Life. I’d work on maxing it out.
I have no clue how anyone manages to work with a stent inside them. I gave it a shot and made it twenty minutes before I had to head home. My take is...if staying on your feet is making you feel worse..take the time off work.
Yeah, whenever I feel like “doing stuff” for even an hour straight, I end up needing to sit for another 3 to recover from it.
