Stent pain is brutal

I’m one day out from surgery and wow. This stent… I’m hurting way more than I did before the operation. Walking is a mess, everything stings, and it’s so uncomfortable. Honestly, I can’t do anything except lie down. Sitting is the worst. I’m supposed to pull it out myself on Friday but I seriously just want it gone RIGHT NOW. Would it be that bad to remove it early? I’m about to cry. Also solo parenting here, so popping a perc isn’t really doable for me 😖

It's in your ureter, not your urethra.
It does get better, just keep drinking lots of water. Being a single parent makes it tough—do you have any hot packs you can use? Ibuprofen helps too.
Thanks buddy. 🤩👍
