(26F 3 months PP) I was here last year & ended up having lithotripsy on my right kidney. I was in SEVERE pain yesterday so I went to the er & now I’ll be scheduled for same day surgery on Monday. Why is this happening to me?😭

Have you met with a nephrologist for further testing? Have you had the previous stones analyzed for composition?

They were suppose to send my last stone off for testing but I never heard back. I haven’t met with a nephrologist

You should definitely follow up with both. A 24 hour urine sample will give you better insight into why you might be making stones. I do those yearly to make sure my calcium and oxalate levels are in check because I make calcium oxalate stones.
