Does anyone else feel like life is different post-Kidney Stones

It's been about 6 months since I had a Ureteroscopy to remove a 5.5mm stone. Thankfully I haven't had a recurrence, have been discharged from my urologist and my neurologist likely thinks it was the Topiramate causing the stone. For some reason, I feel like life is much different post-stone.

Ever since having the stone removed, I feel like I've had less energy to do stuff. I used to be able to go out all day before I had the stone but now I need to spend more time at home as I'm always tired on the weekends. I've reduced my hours at work with only some effect.

I've also noticed that my daily migraines returned with a vengence as soon as I was discharged from hospital. They haven't gone away despite weaning myself off analgesia and changing my preventatives.

Idk whether it's the migraines causing fatigue but I don't remember the postdrome of my migraines being this bad before the stone. I've bought this up with my GP and all my bloods have come back normal. I'm curious whether anyone else is in the same boat feeling like they're more fatigued post-stone and other chronic conditions have exacerbated themselves? Thanks for your help and have a great day.

I feel like I stopped activities while passing two stones and thus I lose muscles and the habit to do things. It’s generally hard to start back, especially when you lost motivation. Plus any surgery is going to require some healing even months after. 6 months is already large though.
