Any advice for getting rid of a 0.34 cm stone?

I went in for a whole abdominal ultrasound because I've had this constant pain on the right side of my abdomen.
Here's what the results showed:
"Non-shadowing hyperechoic focus, likely representing **urate stone**, is noted in the right middle calyx, measuring **0.34 cm**. No mass seen. The para and peri-renal spaces are intact"
I'm a 23 year old female
About 5'2 and 60 kg/132 pounds
I've got so many dreams I still want to chase, please help me out.
How do I go about getting rid of this stone?

It's almost definitely smaller than what they reported, since ultrasounds usually overestimate the size Drink plenty of water You'll pass it at some point, and your dreams are most definitely still alive! When you do pass it, try to catch it so it can be sent to the lab to find out what type of stone it is, since there are several kinds.

Stone Fighter #56ED91Sep 9, 2026The best thing you can do is stay hydrated with water all through the day. Nothing has been proven to dissolve stones, (if it was a urate stone then alkalinising the urine can help but that’s only with urstevstines which isn’t proven.)
