My first kidney stone. Help.

- Patient journey
I’m dealing with my first stone and "struggling" is an understatement. It started last Wednesday with excruciating flank pain that landed me in the ER. Today that pain has moved down into my lower abdomen/bladder area. I’m guessing it’s migrating? Any tips or tricks to help it out that last little way?

Sounds like it's on the move. I've heard that jumping around for a couple of minutes can help it along—maybe some jumping jacks? I haven't had a stone since I heard about that method, so I can't say for sure.
