Stone passed but the pain is still there

Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this. I just saw my urologist today and he said I'm all clear — CT scans look good, urine looks clean. Yesterday I actually passed one, kind of thin and long with a grainy texture. But the pain hasn't left. Doc says it's probably just lingering inflammation. I guess that tracks if the stone scraped things up on its way out?
I've been using a heating pad on my back. Has anyone else gone through this? How long did the discomfort stick around after the stone passed? Appreciate any insight

I felt pretty crappy for about a week. Had a lot of kidney and ureter pain plus spasms, and I was just totally wiped out. It’s been 11 days now and I’m pain-free. Just give yourself some time to recover.
I passed a 5mm stone last Monday and I'm still getting lower back pain after I pee and my urethra feels pretty irritated
Check out my post history for another possibility that might explain what’s going on. Hoping it’s just residual post-stone discomfort.
