Maybe have a kidney stone? Ugh

Hey all, so... this sucks. I'm 27F and I sort of thought this would never happen to me. I drink water somewhat frequently (around 40 oz a day, sometimes less sometimes more) and I have a pretty big sweet tooth. Lately I've been having sodas 4-5 times per week (I don't drink alcohol, so I figured I could enjoy a sweet beverage and I'd be fine).

I have occasionally had some times where my urine is cloudy, but I always assumed it was a UTI from not peeing after intercourse. This would happen maybe once a month. But it was no biggie, didn't really hurt much and would go away in a day or two.

Yesterday I urinated while standing in the shower (don't judge me, I clean my shower often) and felt like it didn't all come out. Sometimes I get that sense if I pee while standing, so I figured I'd just finish showing and sit on the toilet for a bit. I definitely had the urge to pee, but nothing was coming out. I was also on an edible (it was 4/20) so I wasn't too worried, I thought maybe I was psyching myself out and just needed some time. I did have some lower back pain, but I'd been working at my computer all day so that felt pretty normal. I went to bed and kind of just hoped everything would be okay in the morning.

Today, I woke up with no back pain at all, and I was anxious to go to the bathroom. Luckily, I urinated without issue and I felt like I was going okay. Urine was a little cloudy, but all good. The issue is, when I wiped, there was a little red scab left behind. I thought it was weird, but left it alone. I go to urinate again later in the day, no cloudiness and it's pretty clear, but again blood on the tissue.

So.... that's where I'm at. I'm nervous about going to the doctor and I'm hoping this would just resolve on its own? I don't feel any pain right now...

Would y'all go to the doctor in my position, or just chug water and wait it out?

Edit to add: Called the doctor and got a prescription for some antibiotics. They didn't seem too worried based on the fact that I'm not in horrible pain, combined with the frequent history of UTIs. I might provide updates, but let's hope I don't have to
