Need advice on getting this stone out

I've been suffering with stones for the last 6 months now, and the stone is currently sitting at the VUJ, which as I understand it is the very last junction. I have exams coming up in June. Any advice on passing this stone ASAP would help. I'm drinking enough water every day and my urine passage has been smooth so far. That said, I do get pain in my right kidney and in my bladder early in the morning. Thanks in advance.

Stone Fighter #9910E2Sep 15, 2026Drink plenty of water and hold the urine in, then go for a fast walk, jump...once the urine is beyond control the stone will pass👍 i have experienced the same thing...this helped me sometimes...

I've forgotten the exact recipe but I originally found it on this sub. Basically I put carrots and raisins into a crock pot with water, let them cook for a while, mashed them up and strained out the juice.
