Rollercoasters and sex is what my doctor told me to help its journey ! I get a kick out of saying to people I’m going to the amusement park for health reasons to help the kidney stones.

My stone has been sitting in my lower pole not bothering me. My doctor advised me that rollercoasters and bumpy car rides/boat rides my move it to my ureter and cause pain vs leaving it alone

There was a study done using the ride Thunder Mountain specifically and it turned out to be oddly successful at moving stones out. IIRC They even pinpointed it to one exact section of the ride that would consistently move stones.
